How long will my appointment take?

We know your time is valuable, so we prioritize efficient care. Most of our appointments, such as cleanings and fillings, are about an hour. We also save our patients time by using the latest equipment to provide crowns the same day as their appointment.

Are you accepting new patients?

We are accepting new patients and we can't wait to meet you! Give us a call at (775)-329-0300 and we'll walk you through our simple and easy new patient process. You'll be on your way to a healthier smile in no time.

What if I'm in pain or have an emergency?

Call us! (775)-329-0300 We'll do everything we can to get you out of pain that day. For less urgent but still time-sensitive problems, we can put you on our Sooner If Possible list, and we'll call you when someone cancels to see if you'd like to take their spot.

Do you offer a cash discount?

For patients not billing through insurance, we pass on savings to you, and give you a 10% discount for paying in cash.

Do you take my insurance?

We take most insurances. You can verify that your insurance works with us by calling your insurance provider, or call us at (775)-329-0300 and we'll figure it out for you. If you don't have insurance or your insurance does not work with us, our 10% cash discount is available.

Where can I park?

We have a parking lot in the back with plenty of spots, but you can also park in front on the street.

What are your infection control practices?

The health and safety of our patients and staff is our number one priority. We follow in detail the current CDC, American Dental Association, and OSHA recommendations to protect our patients, our staff, and the Reno community.
